JUDGING CRITERIA:
Your submissions will be judged on the applicability and effectiveness of the idea. The judges' decisions will be final and appeals will not be entertained.

ONLINE SUBMISSIONS ONLY:
You may only submit your ideas by using our online form. Please fill in your details for us to contact you in case you are a winner. Incorrect information may result in disqualification from the contest. To take part in this contest, please send your online submission between 2 June, 2010 and 15 August, 2010

CONSENT AGREEMENT:
Submission of an entry to the contest automatically constitutes the contestant’s acceptance of all conditions set forth in these rules. The contestant also acknowledges the full rights of JobStreet.com to use the content of the entry in its full or partial context in whatever manner JobStreet.com sees fit.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. JobStreet.com is solely responsible for the administration of the contest. JobStreet.com reserves the right to change the terms and condition without prior notice.

2. The contest is applicable to all. Please note that JobStreet.com employees and their immediate families are not eligible to take part.

3. The prizes offered in the contest are 5 units Apple iPads 64GB (non 3G models) and 3 units of Apple iPod Touch 16GB. Prizes are not exchangeable for cash.

4. JobStreet.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute the prizes with alternative prize(s) of equal value.

5. Contestants can put in as many entries as they wish, but each contestant is only eligible to win one prize.

6. JobStreet.com is not responsible for the provision of product and service warranties, wireless service or contracts for the prizes.

7. Winners will be contacted though the email or telephone contact provided. The names of the winners and the prize they won will be posted on our the JobStreet contest webpage www.jobstreet.com/sg/winners.

8. The winners will be required to collect their prize from the respective JobStreet.com office in the countries where JobStreet.com has its respective office. Request for shipping the prize will not be entertained.

9. If we do not get a response from the winner of the contest or is unable to contact the winner within 30 days of selecting the contestant's entry as a winner, the prize will be forfeited and given to another selected winner.
