Terms and Conditions:

1. This promotion is open to all Philippine-based Facebook users 18 years old and above.
2. Employees of FGP, its dealer network, accredited advertising agencies and suppliers and their relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
3. Prizes can be claimed at the Mindshare office at 17F PhilamlifeTower, 8767 Paseode Roxascor. Ayala Ave., Makati City (until end-June only). Starting July 01, however, prize claimants may go to 21F Piccadilly Star, Lot 3 Block 19, 14th cor. 27thSts., Fort Bonifacio Global City. Winners may claim their prizes between 10AM to 5PM and within sixty (60) days from the date of notice by email; otherwise these will be forfeited in favor of FGP.
4. FGP has the prerogative to delete any invalid/offensive entries and comments. It retains the right to remove comments that include any material deemed abusive, defamatory, obscene or otherwise unacceptable.
5. Participation in this promo constitutes permission to use the name, photo, video, image and likeness of winners for advertising and trade purposes without further notice or compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Mechanics:

1. Join the Fiesta community by clicking 'Like' in the Ford Fiesta in the Philippines Page.
2. Register to be part of the online electronic raffle.
3. Raffle starts on June 18 and ends September 30, 2010. Winner announcement will be at 10PM Mondays to Fridays.
4. Participants should be over 18 years old.
5. Members may use all of their existing/valid Facebook accounts to join the Fiesta Community (should you own more than one account) but cannot win more than once.
6. To claim prize, winners are required to bring verifiable identification (e.g. driver’s license, passport or company/school ID bearing the same name as their Facebook account).
7. All winners are subject to the terms and conditions set forth by Ford Group Philippines (FGP) and GroupMPhilippines (GroupM).
8. Winners will be announced on ConnectWithFiesta.com as well as on the Fiesta Facebook Page, and will all be notified via email specified upon joining.
9. Prizes are tax-free, non-convertible to cash and non-transferable.
